Yioo Email (the "Service") values users' personal information and strives to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This Policy is intended to protect users' rights and to transparently disclose how data is processed so that users can use the Service with confidence.

1. Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Use

The Service can be used without creating an account. We automatically collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

• Disposable email data: received email body, attachments, and generated email address (Purpose: service provision)
• Access logs: IP address, cookies, access time, device information (Purpose: security and service improvement)
• Advertising and analytics data: anonymized behavioral information collected through Google Analytics and AdSense (Purpose: personalized advertising and statistical analysis)

2. Data Retention and Deletion (Automatic Technical Deletion)

The Service prioritizes user anonymity. Access to data is automatically blocked when its retention period expires. AWS storage services then delete the underlying data asynchronously under their lifecycle and expiration policies.

A. Email Data (Body and Attachments)

• Retention period: 24 hours (1 day) from the time of receipt
• Storage method: stored on AWS S3 with AES-256 encryption
• Expiration and deletion: the Service stops providing access after 24 hours. AWS S3 then removes the object asynchronously under its Lifecycle policy.

B. Email List Information

• Retention period: up to 36 hours from the time of receipt
• Expiration and deletion: the Service removes the item from public results after 36 hours. DynamoDB then deletes the expired item asynchronously through TTL.
• (Note: Content access ends after 24 hours, so a list entry may remain visible for up to 12 additional hours without viewable content.)

C. Access Logs

• Retention period: application and Lambda logs use a 7-day retention policy. Nginx access logs rotate daily with up to 10 rotated files.
• Deletion method: expired logs are removed by CloudWatch retention or server log rotation. CloudWatch physical cleanup can complete after the 7-day access period.

3. Cookies and Opt-Out (Advertising and Analytics)

This website uses cookies for service operation and improvement, and uses tools provided by third parties such as Google.

• Google AdSense: Google may use cookies to provide personalized ads based on a user's visit history. Users can disable personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
• Google Analytics (GA4): used to analyze how visitors use the website and collects information that does not identify individuals. Users can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Third-Party Disclosure and Outsourcing (Processing)

In principle, the Service does not provide personal information to external parties. However, for stable service operation, we use the following service providers:

• Servers and database: Amazon Web Services (AWS) — encrypted storage
• Web analytics and advertising: Google LLC (Analytics, AdSense)
