1. Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Use

The Service can be used without creating an account. We automatically collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service.

• Disposable email data: received email body, attachments, and generated email address (Purpose: service provision)
• Access logs: IP address, cookies, access time, device information (Purpose: security and service improvement)
• Advertising and analytics data: anonymized behavioral information collected through Google Analytics and AdSense (Purpose: personalized advertising and statistical analysis)

2. Data Retention and Deletion (Automatic Technical Deletion)

The Service prioritizes user anonymity. When the retention period expires, data is automatically and permanently deleted by the system.

A. Email Data (Body and Attachments)

• Retention period: 24 hours (1 day) from the time of receipt
• Storage method: stored on AWS S3 with AES-256 encryption
• Deletion method: automatically deleted immediately after 24 hours under AWS S3 Lifecycle policies

B. Email List Information

• Retention period: up to 36 hours from the time of receipt
• Deletion method: automatically deleted via the database (DynamoDB) expiration (TTL) setting
• (Note: Because the email body is deleted first after 24 hours, the message may remain in the list but its contents may no longer be viewable.)

C. Access Logs

• Retention period: up to 10 days from creation
• Deletion method: automatically deleted under the server log rotation policy (Log Rotation)

3. Cookies and Opt-Out (Advertising and Analytics)

This website uses cookies for service operation and improvement, and uses tools provided by third parties such as Google.

• Google AdSense: Google may use cookies to provide personalized ads based on a user's visit history. Users can disable personalized ads in Google Ads Settings.
• Google Analytics (GA4): used to analyze how visitors use the website and collects information that does not identify individuals. Users can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
