No. They are never sent. This tool works 100% locally in your web browser. Any pasted text, code, contract, or other important data can be compared safely without being exposed to an external server.
All three modes are supported. Use Character mode for fine typo checks, Word mode for sentence-level wording changes, and Line mode when line-by-line changes matter, such as in source code.
Yes. It works well for short functions, JSON/YAML fragments, logs, or other text where line-by-line changes matter. It does not replace Git history or directory-level comparison tools.
A one-click swap button is not currently provided, but you can use the paste and clear buttons above each panel to replace the contents and compare again.
Yes. After comparing, click Copy Result at the top of the result panel. The copied result is designed to provide the changed text content cleanly, rather than visual color styling or formatting metadata.
Not currently. Copy the content from each file and paste it into the original and modified text panels, then run the comparison.
